Achiever’s Participating Program APP
In 2015, we started this initiative for all new Financial Consultants joining us at PaceSetter Organisation to provide a series of training to prepare them for their appointments.
The objective is to create the best starter platform in Prudential history. APP is crucial to the development of the new people coming in as we strive to update the course regularly. The trainers are our top 30 performers who are very connected to the industry and it is by learning from the best, one will grow better!
We want to continue to provide them with the right methods, the right mindset to get them ready for what’s ahead of them. This is what makes us different from the rest.
MY GEM SYSTEM & PRUDENTIAL SERVICE MARK
In 2008, I embarked on a journey in this industry carving out my own unique service style to differentiate myself from many others. The aspiration to create bonds and then to friendships with all my clients is also one of my major focal point. Next, handling the full insurance and financial portfolio is also one of my forte whereby my clients do not need to worry about making any claims themselves nor having to contact all servicing agents when incidents arises.
Last but not least, our newsletter project which went on for 6years before we stopped had provided many of clients with valuable insights to what’s happening around them and gaining better understanding to financial products and initiatives. Thank you so much for your support over the years!
